Greytt Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.greytt.ai and related Greytt products (the “Services”), operated by Greytt Pte Ltd (Singapore), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Our Privacy Policy, available at https://greytt.ai/legal, explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms by reference.
2. The Services
Greytt provides travel-planning tools, itineraries, ratings (including the Greytt Score™), content and related services designed for travellers aged 50 and above. Content is provided for general information; travel details (prices, availability, accessibility features) can change, and you should verify important details with providers before booking.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid plan. Prices, billing cycles and cancellation terms are shown at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
5. Third-Party Bookings and Affiliate Links
The Services include links and offers from third-party booking platforms (such as Agoda, Viator, GetYourGuide and Klook). Bookings are contracts between you and the third party, under their terms. Greytt may earn a commission on bookings made through these links and is not responsible for third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
The content on the Services — including text, images, logos, the Greytt Score™ and underlying methodologies — is owned by Greytt or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not copy, scrape, resell or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. User Conduct
• Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Do not post or transmit malicious software or interfere with the operation of the Services.
• Do not scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Services, including by automated means.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Greytt does not warrant that content (including itineraries, scores and accessibility information) is accurate, complete or suitable for your individual needs, and nothing in the Services constitutes medical, safety or professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greytt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party services or your reliance on content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable advance notice by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
