Greytt Score™: An Independent Fit-for-50+ Benchmark

    About the Greytt Score™

The Greytt Score™ (Patent Pending) is our proprietary Fit-for-50+ rating system that evaluates how suitable a hotel, activity, or service is for the unique needs of 50+ travellers. It blends multi-dimensional audit (both physical & digital) with our algorithm, to deliver a reliable score that reflects what truly matters to people over 50. Each property is scored from 0–100 across 50 dimensions, from wellness and room comforts to bathroom design, lighting, human assistance, and on-site navigability. Scores are based on independent, on-site assessment and audit combined with the indexing of all digitally available signals - not hotel self-reporting. No hotel can pay to be assessed, included, or ranked. By translating complex data into a simple, trustworthy rating, the Greytt Score™ becomes a powerful decision-making tool designed for an underserved but fast-growing travel segment.

    Our Methodology

The Greytt Score™ is built from a multi-layer data model powered by over 50 Fit-for-50+ attributes.

    We combine:
Ratings, rankings, public data, and classifications gathered from trusted sources
Current reviews and comments to bring in the real traveler experience
Audits (both physical & digital), using a proprietary Greytt system, to assess factors like mobility, location, lobby & bathroom design, noise levels, room comforts & more
User reviews from the Greytt community to validate on-ground reality

These inputs flow into our scoring engine to generate the Fit-for-50+ Score, personalised further using each Greytt each user’s unique needs.
